In early June, we sent out our collection partner survey to allow us to better understand and meet your needs, and find out how we are tracking in terms of providing you with real value.
To all of you who completed the survey – thank you. Your feedback is really important to us, as it not only educates where we need to focus our attention over the next 12 months, but also areas where you need additional support and where we can improve our service offering to you.
We are pleased to announce the results were overwhelmingly positive. We are still trawling through the countless pages of responses and prioritising action items, but we thought we would give you a brief snapshot of initial findings.
- 43% response rate was achieved this year which is on par with previous years.
- 90% of respondents stated the service has delivered above or met their expectations.
- 100% of respondents believe dealing with TechCollect helps to protect their organisation’s reputation and brand.
- >95% are either satisfied or very satisfied in the time it takes for TechCollect to respond to enquiries.
- >80% are satisfied or very satisfied with the marketing and communications support provided.
- >85% are either very satisfied or satisfied with the service’s reliability.
- 72% of respondents read Unplugged – this is the highest result ever!
